I am in search of someone who can construct my retaining wall, and that's how I stumbled upon Ricardo in the CrackerJack directory. I am thrilled with the end result. I was pleasantly surprised when a team of seven people arrived to complete this seemingly small project. The entire team exceeded my expectations, and there were no complaints. Ricardo was fantastic in guiding me through each step of the retaining wall and drainage installation. Words can't express how satisfied I am, but I can give him a thumbs up. The installation of two gates and an arbor was excellently executed by them. Additionally, they provided us with valuable suggestions on how to maintain our fence. We would love to work with them again on future projects.

Working with Ricardo and his team was an absolute delight. Compared to other gardeners I've hired in the past, RR stood out with their excellent suggestions and keen eye for design. Along with their impressive work ethic and promptness, RR created a wonderful end product. Ricardo was also transparent with pricing and provided fair estimates, which made things much easier for me. Additionally, his team displayed great teamwork and dedication, leading to remarkable efficiency in their work. We had a challenging backyard area that took up a significant portion of our property, with a steep slope that was difficult to navigate. However, RR managed to transform it into large, deep terraces with wooden retaining walls and a french drainage system. This maximized the space available for new planting areas and created a lovely spot for hangouts. Impressed by their exceptional work quality and speed, I kept asking RR to handle more tasks in our garden. They installed around 250 feet of retaining walls, tilled the new planting areas which had solid clay with soil enhancements, replaced a few sections of our fence, removed some of the old concrete patio and built stairs and ramps leading up to the newly created terraces. RR went above and beyond by sourcing a few difficult-to-find plants and recommending quality suppliers for my DIY projects. We look forward to welcoming Ricardo and his team back to tackle more projects in the future.
