Working with Katie as my personal trainer was an incredibly positive experience. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she also pinpointed areas where I was lacking, such as mobility and stretching. Katie pushed me to my limits and stressed the importance of proper rest. Her fun and energetic personality made our sessions something I eagerly anticipated. Overall, I was in the best mental and physical shape of my life. I highly recommend Katie for anyone seeking a great trainer!

Katie is an incredible person, and her prowess as a personal trainer is even more remarkable. She radiates positive energy without overwhelming those around her, providing a source of motivation for workouts and the rest of the day. Her expertise is extensive, as she can easily identify and address any bodily discomfort or training query. Throughout my 9-month training experience with Katie, I never once dreaded a session. They were always a highlight of my day, given the abundance of energy I gained from them. Sadly, my relocation nearly 3,000 miles away forced me to stop training with her. Those in search of a personal trainer should seize the opportunity to train with Katie if her availability allows. The result of one's healthy lifestyle warrants any risk.
