With his expert knowledge and care, Norm meticulously trimmed and pruned our three trees that had not been tended to for years. He skillfully thinned out the dead branches and meticulously created a proper canopy to facilitate growth and regeneration. Norm and his crew worked diligently, ensuring that every detail was attended to, leaving our yard and trees looking better than they did before. This is a family business that takes pride in doing things the right way.

On a Friday, Norman arrived to offer a quote and returned on Monday to complete the work. He invested considerable time cutting and pruning trees, then proceeded to grind approximately 30-40 stumps on the premises. His work was outstanding, the site was tidy, and the trees appeared splendid.

The service was both timely and efficient. Their communication was exceptional; they informed me of a slight delay but ultimately arrived on schedule. Their approach to pruning the tree was transparent, as they indicated precisely which areas were trimmed and provided reasoning for doing so. Additionally, they offered suggestions for ensuring the tree's well-being and how to recognize any potential issues. Overall, their service was prompt, professional, and informative.

The entire process, from obtaining a price estimate to the finished job, was executed in a highly proficient manner. Following the snow storm in the spring of 2017, an abundance of trees in Fort Collins sustained damage and it proved difficult to secure the services of a tree trimmer. However, Norman's did not fall into this category. They arrived promptly at the appointed times for both the price estimate and the trimming session. Except for some minor foliage and a pruned tree, their presence was virtually undetectable.
