Towards the end of May, I had a meeting with Mike to outline my objectives and we reached an agreement on a viable strength training program that would fit into my schedule, which involved compound lifts. He proved very helpful in correcting my form and teaching me new techniques. As a result, my squat has progressed from 135 lbs to 215 lbs, deadlift from 125 lbs to 195 lbs, and row from 70 lbs to roughly 110 lbs. I have witnessed an improvement in every aspect, including muscle weight, strength, form, and endurance. Mike is incredibly friendly, prompt in response, and is always flexible with his scheduling. I am thrilled to continue training with him.

Mike is an amazing trainer and I highly recommend him. My fiance and I are doing couples training sessions with him for our upcoming wedding, and he's constantly changing up the workouts to suit our needs while also providing an effective full-body workout. Despite the gym being crowded at times, Mike is able to think on his feet and modify the planned workout to accommodate us. He places great importance on proper form and technique to prevent any injuries. Mike is a friendly, professional, and motivating trainer who's always ready to push us to our limits!
