Jennifer initially agreed to fix my hair after it had been poorly colored and styled by a different stylist. However, on the day we had set to meet, she did not get in touch with me. I reached out to her and she requested that we reschedule for two days later, as she had apparently already scheduled other appointments for our initial date. Unfortunately, she proceeded to cancel and postpone our appointments several more times before I gave up and sought another stylist. I was extremely disappointed by her unprofessionalism, especially considering the urgency of my situation and the amount of money I was prepared to spend on her services.
