Chelle Pilates

I am Rochelle, a certified instructor of classical Pilates. I follow the training method developed by Joseph Pilates himself and instruct in a fully equipped classical studio. This facilitates greater use of every piece of equipment for my clients to reach their health and wellness goals. These include enhanced mobility, flexibility, posture, and weight reduction.
