After the death of our mother, we had to clear out her apartment in an assisted living facility. When she moved from her condo to the facility a few years back, my brother had availed the services of 1800JUNK, and he recommended them again. Though I had to reschedule the appointment a few times, I faced no issues. The two guys who arrived were punctual, courteous, and completed the job within the estimated time. I had to go through a frustrating experience of making four calls because the system sent conflicting messages regarding the appointment cancellation and the appointment time being moved to a different time. However, the guys provided exceptional service and did a good job by cleaning up and picking up everything within just 20 minutes.

The men were exceptionally skilled and courteous. They adeptly handled my belongings and completed the task in a timely manner. I have availed the services of Got Junk multiple times in the past and intend to do so in the future. However, the only concern I had was that I only had $22 in cash to tip. It would be more convenient if they offered a percentage-based tip option as people these days don't usually carry cash.
