From the initial quote to the final completion, my experience working with Big Apple Moving was outstanding. Their customer service team was genuine and truthful, ensuring prompt and courteous service throughout the entire process. Although we only had a small number of items to relocate, the minimum booking requirement was two hours. However, Big Apple Moving went above and beyond by moving an extra piece of furniture that fit within the time constraints. The team's leader was communicative and the workers were pleasant, cheerful, and diligent. I highly recommend Big Apple Moving and would not hesitate to contact them again.

I recently had two large furniture items relocated from NYC to Westchester County and the process was made effortless thanks to Alex. He skillfully handled the logistics, scheduling and pricing, consistently keeping me updated throughout the day of the move. He informed me of the scheduled pick-up time, the challenging traffic conditions encountered by the truck en route to Westchester and the estimated time of delivery. The three movers assigned to this job were courteous, skilled and conscientious in navigating the exterior set of 15 stairs leading to our house. They carefully placed the furniture and even tidied up after themselves. I would not hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend this company.
