The quotation was promptly provided, and the company was highly responsive. However, it took approximately a month from accepting the quotation to completing the installation. There was a minor issue where they received the incorrect gutters from their supplier, but the Palace representative frequently called to inform me of the delay. Despite this, the installation was fast and only lasted a few hours. As of now, the gutters look fantastic. I'm excited to observe how they perform during rainfall.
