I am a trilingual coach who is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, offering expertise as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, nutrition coach, and wellness coach. With a deep passion for health and fitness, I have previously worked at Equinox in NYC for over three years, following which I established my own private business. My primary training focus is to instill my clients with the necessary habits and behaviors to transform their lives for the better. Having undergone a substantial weight loss journey, where I lost approximately 60 pounds, I am highly driven to help others achieve their fitness objectives.

Specialties include weight loss, functional, injury rehabilitation (particularly for hips, shoulders, and knees), cardiovascular training, cross-training, weight management, hypertrophy, mobility, flexibility, endurance training, balance, stability, and athletic conditioning.

In my vinyasa yoga classes, I prioritize appropriate alignment and stability. Through working on fundamental poses, I can help deepen practice and develop an understanding of how every posture should feel in one's body. I teach how to enhance practice and construct a routine for at-home yoga practice.
