The team met with a traveling team of legal experts, including angels, lawyers, mediators, and consultants, as well as an active and retired military team, to discuss projects and resources. Despite unethical attempts by neighbors to disturb and disrupt our team, we persisted with ethical and just practices, and successfully completed our work much to the satisfaction of both youth and seniors in the community. Water seeped into my basement apartment in Chicago through the foundation. Though it was only my second interaction with Rene, I engaged him for the job. Rene presented a detailed and professional quote, and after being hired, he and his team mended the rear foundation. They added a 3'w x 30'L raised concrete slab with a pitch and flashing to channel rainwater down the wall, onto the flashing, and subsequently onto the concrete slab. The inside of the unit was likewise taken care of, with epoxy used to fix the drywall damage. Rene's work was exceptional, and I've employed him on numerous other projects with success.
