is willing to personalize your workout and meal plan, having a personal gym is a great option. The gym owner takes Covid-19 precautions seriously too, wearing a mask and regularly cleaning equipment. I was grateful when he accommodated my dietary preferences and even tested my strength given my condition, rheumatoid arthritis.
