RDS Pavers and Hardscape

The pavers in the entrance of my home were completed spectacularly by RDS. They closely adhered to my specifications and efficiently commenced the project. In just a week since my initial inquiry, the job was finished with exceptional results. I am overjoyed with the outcome and enthusiastically endorse RDS to anyone seeking a skillful and professional contractor.

Initially, our plan for the project was to replace the broken sections of the concrete driveway and a portion of the patio with pavers. Upon meeting Rafael, we were comfortable with working with him and requested a quote for the driveway, patio, and sidewalk. Rafael promptly provided us with a quote the next day. After deciding to add the entire driveway to the project, Rafael updated the quote and we proceeded with the contract. Due to personal reasons and the availability of pavers, the project started a week later than anticipated with an additional two-week delay for the pavers. Once the pavers became available, Rafael and his team started the project immediately by demolishing the existing surfaces. They worked diligently from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM throughout the project. Despite some initial confusion caused by undocumented items, everything worked out at the end of the day. We acknowledge the importance of documenting and clarifying individual details to avoid any confusion in the future. Additionally, we suggest that Rafael's team consider including an irrigation sleeve when removing existing irrigation pipes for future improvement purposes. On the whole, we are pleased with the final result of our Pavers installation, trim, sealant, and cuts, which are evident in the before and after pictures (attached). Rafael and his team worked hard throughout the project, and we will gladly work with them again for any future projects and recommend them to our friends and family. We rate them with a solid 4+.

Our backyard now looks absolutely stunning thanks to the outstanding work of Rafael and his team. We are extremely pleased with the paver installation they performed, achieving exactly what we had hoped for. After having tried several contractors, we discovered that RDS Pavers offered a quote that was both unbeatable and of impeccable quality. With a project that encompassed 300sq/ft of pavers, they demonstrated exceptional skill in properly leveling and cutting them to fit seamlessly around all the gazebo legs. What's more, they applied a layer of concrete on the exterior to prevent any movement of the pavers, and then used sand to pack the cracks. Another enticing offer they have is sealing the pavers if you're keen on a "wet" look. Ultimately, we are elated with the final result and cannot thank Rafael enough for his remarkable work.
