I am very pleased with Art's excellent work in removing my broken garbage disposal and installing the new one that I had purchased. It is also important to note that Art was able to successfully resolve a technical incompatibility issue with my tube set. However, my only complaint pertains to the scheduling problems that occurred prior to Art's arrival, not to the time it took to complete the installation (which was done in under an hour). Despite this issue, I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience.

With his incredible expertise, Art assisted us in fixing a leaky sink, a rusted ball-rod, and installed brand new angle stops, sink fixtures, and toilet seat bidet. Furthermore, his timely communication regarding his brief delay highlighted his exceptional customer service.
