About
Greetings everyone, my name is Anna and I am originally from Italy but have lived in California for fifteen years. My experience as an Italian teacher spans eight years and includes instructing individuals of all ages in private schools. Currently, I teach Italian to students at a private high school called "Palma" in Salinas (CA), as well as at an adult school known as the "Dante Alighieri Society of Santa Cruz".My instructional methods are designed to instill confidence and clarity in speaking Italian. I specialize in teaching grammar and encourage my students to converse in Italian as much as they can during lessons, in a comfortable setting. In this way, they can quickly expand their Italian language skills.
I offer discounted rates for students, retired individuals, and anyone interested in buying packages of ten lessons in advance. My hobbies include traveling, teaching, and making Italian cuisine for my loved ones!

Anna provided introductory Italian tutoring to my 14-year-old son before his trip to Italy with friends this summer. She carefully organized the curriculum to incorporate a balance of conversational and grammatical instruction, and my son greatly appreciated their daily meetings.
