Combining flavors and techniques from the Pacific Northwest to South America and the Mediterranean, with a particular focus on Italian cuisine, reflects my cooking style. Being a California native, I always seek out new influences to bring into my dishes. My motivation comes from bringing people together to indulge in the pleasures of good cuisine. I approach every dish as if I were serving it to my own family. Booking Chef Sean for my 30th birthday dinner in Sonoma was the best decision I could have made for my birthday trip. Along with 8 other women, we thoroughly enjoyed his services. After a day of wineries, it wasn't easy getting 9 women together, but Chef Sean was patient with us as we got ready. He adds a personal touch to his services that make them unforgettable. If you're a carnivore, you'll love his steak. I couldn't stop raving about how good it was even after returning to South Florida. Chef Sean is a necessity for any and every occasion. :)

As a surprise birthday present for my son, I invited Chef Sean to cook for us. To say that he impressed me would be an understatement! Chef Sean was absolutely amazing for my intimate dinner party of four. It was my first time hiring a personal chef through CrackerJack and it had always been a dream of mine. The experience was beyond perfect and an excellent alternative to dining out with friends. I would highly recommend Sean as a chef. He offered various delectable dining choices using locally sourced fresh ingredients while being able to accommodate my dietary requirements. His pleasant personality made it all the more memorable. I am eagerly looking forward to my next dinner with Chef Sean.
