They installed a large flagstone patio, covering over 400 square feet, and expanded it around the house with portions retrofitting to a newly constructed screened porch. They also built a natural stone, wood-burning fireplace on the porch. All these have stood the test of time, weather, and use from our four kids, two adults, two dogs, and several other families who have enjoyed the space. Lastly, Pedro assures his work to an unprecedented degree. When we experienced a leak under the enlarged patio, we contacted Pedro, who came out with his crew that same day, despite the sweltering heat. They dug out a portion of the patio to determine whether the irrigation system had been mistakenly damaged during construction, but it was determined that an old pipe had caused the leak. Pedro fixed the patio after the irrigation firm replaced the pipe, and he refused to charge anything extra for the additional work, although it wasn't their fault.
