About
Hey there, my name is Mefi Monterroso. I have been a professional Mixed Martial Artist since 2015. I absolutely love teaching, coaching, and am passionate about leading fun, action-packed workouts. During our sessions, you will not only learn fundamentals and technique, but you’ll also get the chance to hit the Thai pads too! All ages and fitness levels are welcome to join me for a 30 or 55 minute Self Defense and Kickboxing training session. We can meet outdoors, at a park, your garage, or even at my gym.
The workout will consist of resistance training to tone your muscles, and kickboxing techniques to build strength in your kicks and punches. For your very first workout, we can meet at a location of your choice. Let's link up and prepare for an incredible session!
