Progressive Canine believes in using a motivational approach to training dogs and their owners. We offer group classes and in-home training for all dogs, regardless of age or breed. Our training covers various levels of difficulty, including addressing problem behaviors like jumping, house training, and nipping.In addition, we offer behavioral consultations and programs to modify and address issues of aggression, insecurity, phobias, separation anxiety, dominance, and fear.
Our highly skilled instructors have a wealth of knowledge and experience in different training methods and techniques, allowing us to assess each dog's individual needs and tailor our approach to ensure success. Our success rate speaks for itself!
We believe that the biggest obstacle between people and dogs is communication and understanding. Training your dog can help you build a language that you both understand and enhance your communication.
We take pleasure in helping people and their dogs form better relationships and teach them how to communicate. Seeing the transformation of families with well-behaved dogs that bring joy makes our work highly fulfilling!

The training was highly effective when done in a small group. As a result, my canine companion has gained a lot of valuable knowledge and appears to be even more attached to our household. Although he was always well-behaved, he now appears to be even more receptive to our commands.

Exceeding expectations is an accurate description. This program goes beyond mere obedience training; it provides a profound comprehension of the dog-human dynamic, as perceived by the dog. Despite initially thinking it impossible to modify the behavior of my 4 1/2 year old dog, I was proven wrong. All I needed to do was stop engaging in incorrect actions. Do not make the error of seeking out alternate services before giving Progressive Canine Dog Training and Behavioral Services a chance.

For almost two decades now, Lynn has been our go-to professional for dog training – for our beloved canines as well as for us, their owners. Her expertise is unparalleled. We feel incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and affection that she shows our dogs, as well as her patience and kindness towards us. Lynn has given us the tools to become more confident trainers, improving our skills at every session. Our favorite night of the week is Monday, when our dog Izzy and I attend Lynn's classes. Izzy frequently wags her tail throughout the session, thrilled to be learning and bonding with her mom. Lynn is always available via phone for any questions or advice we need. We, Shelly and Izzy, are two thrilled pupils who send our sincerest thanks to Lynn. 🐾🐶💕
