3 Brothers Decking

The deck build was excellent with solid construction and impressive work. Felipe, the project manager, and Alex, the head builder, were both friendly and hardworking. We highly recommend them for the amazing deck they built which added greatly to the overall structural stability of our home. However, there were some minor issues with the fencing surrounding the deck which Felipe will be rectifying. Buddy, the owner, and Felipe were very responsive to our needs. We will provide further review updates after the project is completed to our full satisfaction. Even though their estimate was higher than others, we decided to choose them for their 10-year guarantee and a detailed list of materials and costs for all parts and labor, which other companies either didn't provide or refused to do so. Additionally, they were fully licensed, bonded, insured and answered every question thoroughly before, during and after the project.

Up until now, everything has gone smoothly. The team displayed utmost professionalism and provided invaluable assistance, walking me through every aspect to keep in mind during the construction of my deck. At present, I am simply waiting for the necessary permits and the conclusion of another home endeavor before they start their expert craftsmanship.
