My experience with this team was simply wonderful! They promptly responded to my request with a quote and scheduled a date and time without delay. On the scheduled date, they arrived on time, and completed the Playset setup with incredible swiftness. Furthermore, they went the extra mile to make the installed Playset work when it seemed like we didn't have enough space. Their dedication paid off, as we are beyond thrilled with the outcome. At the end, they shared some useful tips and additional information. I highly recommend this team!

They did an incredible job at arranging our previous Play Nation set in our new home. We had complete faith in them throughout the entire process. Effective communication played a vital role and they were extremely prompt in their responses right from the start. We will definitely approach them for our upcoming projects!

On May 22nd, we had a scheduled appointment, but unfortunately, the person didn't attend, and there was no notification or response to my text messages enquiring about their expected arrival. However, according to recent updates, the professional encountered a technical issue with their phone, which resulted in them not receiving my texts. These things happen, and it's understandable.

Terry and Melissa are remarkably speedy and proficient. They obviously possess considerable expertise and performed commendably. It took them only one and a half days to set up an industrial-level playground and swing set for our church. We would certainly hire them again and highly endorse them!

The team of two arrived on time and worked diligently to construct a high-quality playset. While their estimate was not the cheapest, it was still reasonably priced. I was thoroughly impressed with the final product and would confidently recommend this group to anyone in need of playset installation. Update as of 08/11: Upon noticing a frame detaching from the wood, I contacted the installers who promptly returned to address the issue. They explained that the frames were pre-assembled by the manufacturer using staples, but offered useful suggestions for reinforcing them. Additionally, they added a support block to reinforce the lower portion of the structure. One of the team members also provided helpful advice on protecting the cedar from sun damage. Their willingness to come back on a Sunday to address concerns, even those not caused by their work, goes above and beyond and further solidifies their status as a company to rely on for installations.
