It has been two years since I engaged Chef Pierre to cater my mother's belated 60th birthday dinner, and it was an exceptional experience. Without exception, every dish was exquisitely prepared and elegantly presented. Chef Pierre conducted himself with impeccable manners and kind-heartedness, making him an absolute pleasure to interact with. Wow, the food is absolutely incredible! I had the pleasure of enjoying the grilled rainbow trout with Bernaise sauce, accompanied by delicious garden rice and sautéed carrots. The trout was cooked and seasoned to perfection - it was incredibly tender and bursting with savory flavor. The garden rice was a wonderful complement to the fish, with a savory yet light taste that allowed the trout to shine. The sautéed carrots were also outstanding and cooked to perfection. And for dessert, a fresh and delectable wild berry cake with handmade whipped topping that was simply divine. Chef Pierre's attention to detail and personalized service was impressive after just one conversation. The entire dining experience was truly five-star - it's an experience not to be missed! In general, the experience was fantastic. The food was among the most delicious I've ever had. You won't have any regrets if you make a reservation with them.
