I specialize in providing personalized training and coaching to clients who are middle-aged, seniors, or suffering from metabolic diseases such as Obesity, Diabetes/insulin resistance, Hypertension, Cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer's Disease and Cancer. My approach focuses on improving your cardiovascular health, muscle strength, muscle endurance, balance, and flexibility, which will lead to improved metabolic markers.As a certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Weight Loss Specialist, Nutrition Specialist, Functional Aging Specialist, and Certified Brain Health Trainer, I have over 10,000 hours of experience working one on one with clients ranging from age 18 to 80. I've successfully helped many clients come off medications for Diabetes, Cholesterol, and Hypertension, double their Testosterone levels, lose weight, and manage their chronic illnesses such as Alzheimer's, Cancer, Obesity, Cardiovascular Disease, and Arthritis.
I am fully vaccinated, and my private studio is located in the Herndon-Reston area. I operate from 7 am until 8 pm daily, and in-studio training sessions are $65 per session, while home sessions are $100 per session. I can travel to nearby homes or businesses for sessions, and the rate per session ranges from $90 to $110, depending on travel time.
All sessions are private, and I only work with individuals and couples who are committed to making real changes in their lives. My goal is to help you make profound changes that will enhance the quality of your life.
