When we were looking for a property maintenance contractor, OSPM was quick to respond to our phone calls. They arrived on time for a site tour and provided us with a detailed proposal in a timely manner. Negotiations were conducted in good faith and we were able to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement. OSPM's work on our site has been of high quality, just as they promised. Their prices are competitive, their work is excellent, and they offer a range of additional services as needed. We are extremely satisfied with OSPM and would recommend them to anyone. The most dreadful encounter occurred when we explicitly requested that the sprinklers not be buried, and even marked their locations with flags. Despite this, the individual proceeded to bury them anyways. Although he promised to rectify the situation, he then suggested that we handle it ourselves as it was a simple fix. After weeks of fruitless back-and-forth in text messages (as he seldom answered the phone), he finally admitted that he lacked the necessary skills to work with sprinklers. Moreover, he failed to show up for more than two months, causing the grass to perish due to the water pooling underground from the damaged sprinklers.
