The repair was of high quality and truly reflected the reputation of the company. While others were still only acknowledging, the task was already completed.

The repairman arrived promptly, immediately began the repairs and identified a defective component. After ordering a replacement from a remote warehouse, he returned the following day to complete the installation. However, he discovered that the new part did not activate the main portion of the appliance, which had malfunctioned and needed to be replaced entirely. Nonetheless, the repairman retrieved the new component and only billed for the service call.
