We were pleased with the prompt response when commencing the job and grateful for the flexibility shown when minor changes were made during the project. Nevertheless, we were dissatisfied with the quality of work compared to the initial quote provided upon completion. The actual work done fell short of the agreed specifications, with fewer materials used than outlined in the quote, yet the cost remained mostly unchanged. Although we received an initial response when we brought up our concerns, we have since not heard back.
