Robert did an excellent job handling multiple tasks for me. He fixed the issue with the shower knob not turning, which prevented hot water, and also installed a new showerhead. Additionally, he replaced some toilet components. The price he charged for both labor and supplies was reasonable. It was a delightful experience conversing with him, particularly because we shared a military background as Marines. He was considerate and understanding, despite my constant hovering in an attempt to gain some knowledge.
