This customization aids in making Pilates accessible and advantageous to all physiques. Being Equinox Pilates Institute-certified, I specialize in offering private and small group mat work sessions. In light of the current situation, I have made a recent shift to this format. Additionally, I work at a fully-equipped Pilates studio based in Calistoga and offer private and duet sessions as well.
