On short notice, Mike and his team successfully tackled my complex project. My goal was to install engineered hardwood planks on an existing concrete slab in my old garage, now an ADU. However, the slab was quite uneven, making it a challenge to lay the flooring. Self-leveling was not feasible due to a significant slope on the slab. Fortunately, Mike's team devised a creative solution to smooth out the uneven portions of the slab, allowing for successful installation of the flooring. I am delighted with the outcome, Mike's prompt response and follow-through, and the overall value for the price. I highly recommend their services!

At a very reasonable cost, Pacific Floors, led by Mike and his crew, did an incredible job replacing the floors in my home. Not only did they complete the job on schedule, but they also ensured that the finished floors looked excellent! Mike also recommended a flooring supplier that offered impressive discounts on high-quality flooring that I adore. To top it off, he even included replacing the tile on my fireplace at the eleventh hour, which looks fantastic as well.

Upon discovering Pacific Floors, I received a reasonable estimate for some much-needed renovation work from Mike. Initially starting with a moderate shower tiling project, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and skill of his capable crew led by Eli. These individuals demonstrated an innate artistic ability that went beyond workmanship, which greatly contributed to the exceptional end result. As my tile choice demanded a specific skillset and expertise, the team's efforts were even more impressive. I couldn't be more delighted with the outcome. Furthermore, they assisted me with refurnishing some unsightly hardwood and selecting a stain. Once again, the results were astounding!
