At 6 am, Hugo arrived at my house and efficiently plowed the driveway while also clearing the walkway leading to the front door. His work was commendable.

Hugo's performance is outstanding, but the drawback is that he includes tax in his charges. As far as I can recall, I have never paid tax when settling my lawn cutting invoices.

There was an agreement on the price for the plowing of my driveway, but the plower arrived at 4pm instead of the agreed-upon morning time. He explained that his plow had broken. The following day, he demanded double the previously agreed-upon price to complete the job. I declined his offer, as I could have found many people to do the job all day long. Instead, I waited for him to finish the job, but, in the end, I had to shovel the driveway myself.
