Are you ready to commit to feeling and looking better? Look no further, as I am here to assist you! As a cancer survivor, senior, athlete, vegan, professional trainer, and certified health coach, I prioritize the value of optimal health. My passion revolves around helping individuals strengthen their bodies and boost their self-confidence. I also have a soft spot for those who have overcome breast cancer, Parkinson's disease, and dementia. Although I cater to clients of all ages, my area of expertise involves assisting active and less-active seniors in managing an array of physical challenges, such as mobility, flexibility, balance, energy, and self-assurance. I also have experience working with new moms.
Assisting individuals in reaching their fitness goals is the cornerstone of my career, and I am dedicated to getting you back to healthy living through customized 45-minute training sessions. I offer in-person sessions in my home studio located in Chamblee/Atlanta, at your home, or any location you prefer. I also present online training in real-time and teach group classes, especially Seniors' Strength and Balance classes and New Moms Fitness classes.
I sanitize my fitness studio and equipment after every use, and I am willing to wear a mask upon request to ensure your safety. Plus, I offer a no-contract basis for all my clients and provide discounts on three or more sessions per week.
