My Bose System was installed promptly by the team, and they displayed great professionalism.

I received a call from someone who identified as being far away and unable to come over but said that their partner, Jorge, would be able to come and assess the job and provide a quote. When Jorge arrived, I showed him what needed to be done, but he claimed to not have a ladder and was unable to provide a quote himself. He indicated that the original person whom I had spoken with would be the one to provide the quote. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a quote because when I attempted to follow up with Jorge, there was no response. Throughout the interaction, Jorge repeatedly noted that he lived nearby, but this fact was ultimately irrelevant. Overall, the process was unprofessional and felt like a game of passing the ball between inexperienced players.
