About
Hello! My name is Silvie, and after serving as a medical logistics officer in the Army for 22 years, I am currently transitioning out. Alongside my military career, I have been honing my skills in creative arts. My side business, @Silviesweets (IG and FB), specializes in creating custom cakes.Art has been a passion of mine for many years, and I have made countless cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and cake pops. Additionally, I have been face painting for over five years and have experience doing so for corporate and party events that can last up to four hours. I have also designed balloon arches for parties, retirements, and other corporate events. My aim is to create the sweetest and most memorable events!
What sets me apart is my background in Pathobiology and program management for the DoD Office of the Inspector General, which ensures I maintain hygienic and transparent practices. I am also well-versed in military installations worldwide, as I have access to all military bases.
Furthermore, being a mother of two, I understand children and love to see their excitement when my work brings joy to their faces. I believe we should cherish the special moments in life, and my aim is to make those memories magical and unforgettable.
Art brings me immense joy, and there's nothing more rewarding than surpassing your expectations with a masterpiece. So, let's have a fantastic party!

For my son's 7th birthday party, Silvie provided exemplary service with her outstanding face painting skills and balloon arch decoration! Throughout the 2-hour event, she showcased her impressive talent and warm personality by painting numerous faces. I would definitely recommend her with a perfect 10/10 rating!

The remarkable gift of art possessed by Silvie cannot be overstated. Her face painting skills brought smiles to every child and their parents who were impressed by the stunning artwork on their faces. Silvie went beyond mere face painting by producing intricate designs with colorful jewels that matched each child's preference. The success of my 4-year-old's party is largely attributed to Silvie's dedication to painting every child who wanted a face painting. Silvie was absolutely amazing. Her artwork was top-notch and the children were completely mesmerized by their creations and the excellent paint job. To top it off, a couple of adults even took part in the painting! Silvie definitely exceeded all expectations with her incredible talent. I cannot recommend her work and company enough. Five stars simply do not do her justice.

Silvie was simply amazing! She stole the show at my daughter's birthday party, garnering plenty of requests for her contact information from other parents. She charmed the kids with her incredible creativity, painting their requests with ease. What's more, she was flexible enough to arrive at the party early and stay late, accommodating every child who wanted their face painted. However, parents with more than 20 children should note that they need to account for three hours. Overall, Silvie was an invaluable addition to our festivities.
