As the Principal of Bluevine, I possess 28 years of experience in complete interior design, project management, and have served as a commercial and residential general contractor for 13 years in both Oregon and Washington. My focus is on affordable luxury, ensuring that my clients receive personalized, beautiful spaces for their money. From new construction to single room renovation, I offer complete design and build services, which are tailored to reflect your lifestyle and vision. I carefully listen to your needs and merge aesthetics, flair, and function to deliver unique designs.

With extensive experience in luxury hospitality, commercial, and exclusive residential design in both the SF Bay area and throughout the Northwest, I work with hotel managers, homeowners, realtors, and developers to create elegant, personalized, and branded spaces that cater to their occupants. Many of my designs have been influential in several prominent travel industry awards and are featured in publications such as Western Art & Architecture.

I am currently offering a complimentary online or phone consultation that lasts 20 minutes. If an on-site consultation is needed, we will comply with and request the use of masks, social distancing, and sanitization products. Following the consultation, I develop a complete, personalized design plan (Scope of Work) for your review.

When you decide to use our services, I provide you with a digital folio complete with suggestions for Phase I of your project. At Bluevine Studio, we pass along designer discounts to you with a 5% handling fee, and all procurement needs are billed separately in the base design fee. This grants you access to a vast selection of furnishings at unbeatable prices. Using a designer can help you save money, time, and avoid costly mistakes.

As a licensed and bonded general contractor in commercial and residential projects, I offer all contractor and subcontractor needs under one liable contract. Bluevine Studio’s strong project management services have been honed over the years and now incorporate the strictest of CDC Covid-19 requirements, ensuring that your safety remains the top priority.
