Happy Camper Snack Shack

Experience a vintage camper themed food concession trailer that offers delicious hotdogs, roast beef subs, chicken pitas, walking tacos, hot fresh mini donuts, warm brownie bites, fresh squeezed lemonade, chips, and soft drinks. Brian and Stacey Coburn are the proud owners and operators of this Happy Camper Snack Shack, serving the Erie Pennsylvania area from April to October and Central Florida from October through March.

Our catering services are available for birthdays, Christmas parties, community and HOA food truck nights, corporate events, fundraisers, graduation parties, school functions, sporting events, workplace lunches, and more. However, we regret to inform that we no longer offer services for weddings.

We are fully licensed and insured and have a liability insurance providing coverage up to 2 million dollars. Our license number and/or health inspection report are available upon request, and businesses can request to be added as AI.

For catering events, we require a minimum charge of $500 to set up, which can cover approximately 50 people at $10/person. However, other events may not require a minimum as long as the projected guest numbers are sufficient. As a general rule, we recommend 50 to 100 orders within two hours of service time, or 150 for up to eight hours.
