Despite the cancellation of my scheduled cleaning less than 24 hours before the appointment, the company empathetically responded to my concerns about the urgency of their service. They were able to reschedule for the same day, albeit slightly later. The quality of the cleaning was excellent, possibly among the best I have experienced. However, my only issue was that the cleaners were 45 minutes delayed.
