To provide clarity for new clients, I'd like to highlight my current offerings at the top: In-person and virtual sessions are now available to accommodate your preferences and comfort level in this COVID era. I offer three options to choose from: Zoom online sessions at $80, private in-person sessions at a studio in Solana Beach for $115, and private in-person sessions at a location of your choice for $140 (an increase applied to distances over 15 miles). As a lover of Pilates and its positive effects, I'm thrilled to share my passion with others. My 20 years of personal practice and 5 years of teaching have afforded me a diverse range of experience with both classical and contemporary styles. My approach to Pilates not only facilitates physical benefits but also mental awareness and trust in your instructor. I prioritize establishing a safe and respectful environment that is also enjoyable and challenging. With a focus on mobility, stability, and body awareness, I aim to enhance your movements and improve overall connection with your body. My goal isn't just to teach a proper squat, but to optimize entire body support and efficiency for maximal results with minimal effort.
