Since I had never worked with a trainer before, I was feeling quite nervous when I decided to hire one. However, Adam wasted no time in calming my nerves. He is truly committed to helping you achieve your fitness objectives, constantly motivating me to push myself harder during workouts and paying close attention to my breathing, posture, and overall physical sensation.
