About
We have three teams trained to pack fragile items such as glasses, lamps, mirrors, frames, alcohol, and art. Our top priority is ensuring that our customers are happy with the outcome, which must meet their exact specifications. To ensure the safe transportation of these fragile items, we label two sides of a regular box and four sides of a fragile box for the movers to see and handle with care. We speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and have been organizing homes since 2016, when we were based in Brazil. We stay up-to-date with the latest trends in folding clothes and bedding, and are skilled at separating belongings by color, size, and brand.
To help customers organize their storage space, we encourage them to send us photos of the areas in their home that need organizing, along with their preferences for color and materials. This allows us to suggest various storage and organizer options that suit their needs, budget, and style.
We follow a step-by-step approach to organizing homes, starting with editing belongings, then sorting them into categories, and finally designing an effective containment system.
In addition to organizing, our company offers deep cleaning, standard cleaning, move-in, and move-out cleaning services. We work with experienced helpers for all cleaning tasks, and are happy to provide a quote upon request.

Marcela and Thiago are absolutely fantastic! I enlisted their assistance to aid a family member with an apartment bursting with unpacked belongings, remaining untouched since a move two months prior. The place was packed to the brim with boxes, a significant portion of which contained sentimental items that required a careful sorting process to decide what to keep and what to donate, on top of the unpacking itself. Marcela and Thiago were incredible - they were considerate, warm and professional, as well as being efficient, organised, and supportive, offering excellent advice and even helping to transport a carload of donated goods. They were incredibly responsive and a joy to have around, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Marcela and her team took meticulous care in packing up the delicate and small items in our two-bedroom condo. All of our belongings arrived at our new home unscathed, with no damages or scratches. Her team exhibits great attention to detail, carefully wrapping each item and avoiding overstuffing boxes to allow for the addition of protective bubble wrap or paper. Marcela's organization skills shine through as she meticulously labels each box and its contents, using "fragile" stickers to identify the boxes that require special handling. When estimating the required number of supplies, Marcela bases her calculations on room pictures, allowing us to pre-order U-Haul supplies in advance. In just five hours, Marcela and her team completed an enormous amount of packing, and we are eternally grateful for their help. Thank you, Marcela!

It's never easy to move, but fortunately, I hired MT to handle both the packing and unpacking/organizing of our new space. The packing was flawless, and I had complete faith that our belongings would arrive at our new home unscathed. However, the real magic happened during the unpacking/organizing process. Thanks to MT, we were able to settle in comfortably on our first night. Everything was in its proper place, and even better arranged than we could have done on our own!

I contacted Marcela at the last minute and arranged an appointment for the following day. Marcela was highly responsive, and her level of detail and organization was impressive. She provided numerous helpful recommendations regarding the boxing and packing of our fragile items. Marcela and her team arranged for materials and arrived promptly the next day. Following a brief tour of our home, they efficiently set up a foldable desk and chairs and began wrapping our china, dishes, and picture frames. Their speed was remarkable, as the work we thought would take us four days, took them just four hours. Their work was so exceptional that we instantly hired them for another job. Marcela and Thiago are truly exceptional individuals. As a new mother, I was not looking forward to the daunting task of unpacking and organizing after moving into a new residence with an infant.
