Dear all, I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience with a vendor who recently did an exceptional job installing several items in multiple rooms of my home. Despite only having the ability to click three buttons, this vendor went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed perfectly. They were easy to work with and accommodated my schedule and travel plans, even coming back when my chandelier from China arrived. Despite the instructions not being in English, they were still able to install the chandelier beautifully by using a photograph as a guide. In addition to installing the chandelier, they also moved another one from the breakfast room to the master bathroom and replaced a three-month-old ceiling fan with a larger one. Although some cosmetic work was needed to fit the ceiling in the master bathroom to handle the globe (which they supplied), I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Although their pricing was slightly higher than the other estimates I received, I opted for their services based on their positive feedback and amiable demeanor, which are paramount to me.
