Regrettably, we couldn't utilize the service as there was a medical emergency. Despite this, Benson, our chauffeur, was prompt, proficient, and empathetic. It's disheartening that we paid for the sprinter but couldn't make use of it. I intend to contact them to inquire about the possibility of obtaining some credit for future use. Generally, our experience with Ben's Transportation was satisfactory.
