I am Brittani Bo Baker, the visionary leading the next generation of Bubba's Boneless Ribs and Bubba's-Q Food Trucks/Catering. Our menu revolves around our exclusive Patented Boneless Ribs, which are real ribs that undergo a slow smoking process and our patented technique, resulting in an intact slab of rib meat that is easy to relish with a knife and fork, sparing you from mess and hassle. We also offer our boneless ribs served on loaded baked potatoes, freshly cut french fries, and extra cheesy Mac n cheese among others. Alongside our signature item, we present traditional slow smoked meats like juicy beef brisket and fork-tender pulled pork.
