About
To be honest, I won't lie to you. If you're looking for a quick and cheap solution to your fitness goals, I'm not the trainer for you. If you want to make a lasting change in your life, then you need to invest in yourself. Actual results take time, and anyone who promises drastic changes in a short time is just trying to sell you something. The duration of your fitness journey depends on various factors such as your sleep, nutrition, lifestyle, genetics, and current physical condition. If you do everything right, you could see remarkable progress in twelve weeks, but it could take longer for some.
My approach to personal training is unlike anything else in the industry. My clients work with me for multiple years, but it's not necessary. The majority of them train with me twice a week, with one solo session that I design for them. During our time together, they learn how to navigate the weights room and perfect their technique, while I help them build a strong foundation for future progress.
Anyone can train themselves and achieve their goals with the right guidance and knowledge. Progression should be gradual to reduce injury risk, and that's where I come in. My job is to teach you how to perform common (and less common) weights room movements and progress them over time. Once you're comfortable with your technique, we'll structure a program for you to execute on your own, adding complexity and difficulty along the way.
If you're already training on your own but unsure of your technique, I can help you fix your form. I have years of experience working at prominent gyms, solving various movement problems for clients with different goals and levels of experience.
My goal is to empower my clients to achieve their fitness goals and refer me to their friends and family. I'm currently looking for clients for specific time slots during the day. My rates vary based on your investment plan, with each option lasting four weeks. Personal training ranges from $600 to $1200, while nutrition coaching starts at $1000. Additionally, I offer custom workout programs and a 30-minute strategy call for $350 and $500, respectively.

Kyle and Emily are highly competent in personal training and nutrition. With their guidance, I learned how to tally my macros, enabling me to shed off excess weight and keep it off through their exceptional nutrition counseling. Kyle has been training me on a weekly basis and has even designed a workout regimen that I can do on my own outside of personal training. I strongly endorse the Growth Project and highly recommend their services.
