The communication was excellent and the work done was impressive. Their efficiency allowed for quick pivots, and they were willing to do so at a moments notice.

Although the movers were initially polite and courteous, they regretted to inform me of their delay despite agreeing on a new arrival time. To make matters worse, they showed up late. As we were moving furniture from the basement to the front of the house and then into the house, I requested that we avoid walking through the garden bed. I was informed that taking that route would be easier. Unfortunately, I was later accused of misrepresenting the size of the bookcases when the movers suggested I had deceived them. However, I had sent them pictures beforehand, and the bookcases were actually almost as tall as the ceiling. Despite this, I was not asked for any further information regarding the bookcases, and I had only requested confirmation that they could be moved. The two movers charged $160 for approximately 30-40 minutes of work, which was a reasonable price.

My experience with this company was positive as they were amicable and punctual. They offered a reasonably priced service to take away a bulky piano. If I require more junk removal, I will undoubtedly consider them again.
