I heavily rely on reviews to guide my decisions, whether it's choosing a restaurant or hiring a plumber. When I needed organizing services, I received bids from various providers and noticed that some had significantly more reviews than Mandy. Although the abundance of reviews was not necessarily an indication of their quality of work, it did make me wonder if I should choose a provider who appeared to have taken on more projects than Mandy. However, my decision ultimately boiled down to the provider's communication skills. When I reached out to Mandy and the other providers, I provided them with a detailed description of my unique circumstances. Out of all the providers, Mandy's response resonated with me the most. She addressed my concerns and was able to relate to my situation by sharing her past experiences. Her response made me feel heard and valued, unlike the other providers who came across as one-dimensional and didn't seem interested in understanding my needs. When Mandy arrived at my house for the first visit, I could see that she was a perfect fit for me. She motivated me without being pushy and respected my boundaries by asking for permission before sorting through my storage spaces. Mandy knew that organizing was not my forte and was a source of anxiety for me. She sensed when I needed a break and allowed me to step away while continuing to work. After the first visit, she left everything tidy and looking more presentable than it was, which prevented me from feeling overwhelmed between visits. Throughout the whole experience, Mandy was professional and made me feel comfortable. I am excited for her next visit and could not recommend her more highly. Simply Organized Design was commissioned to arrange the nursery for our newborn. As expected, we were overwhelmed with presents, especially various clothing items that cater to infants up to 3 years old. Despite the restrictions posed by the limited space and time, Mandy managed to sort everything out and efficiently maximized the space while making the room look even better than before.
