Chef Eric was truly exceptional. Despite some unforeseen situations that prevented him from cooking our anniversary dinner at our house, he generously offered to deliver our meal while also reducing the cost. The taste of the food was simply divine!

Our women's brunch was made even more special thanks to the incredible Chef Eric. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and created mouthwatering omelets and potatoes that left us all impressed.

My admiration for Chef Eric knows no bounds! He displayed remarkable skill while discussing menu options and scheduling a date. Furthermore, he kept me in the loop with regular updates about the progress. The dinner turned out to be exceptional, with well-cooked dishes and an aesthetic presentation. I am eagerly anticipating Chef Eric's assistance with my upcoming dinner festivities.

Working with Eric was a breeze, as he was both accommodating and patient with a beginner in the realm of home cooking. We relied heavily on his expertise, and he delivered without fail. Our goal was to have a relaxed and delectable start to our evening festivities, with a selection of 5-7 hors d'oeuvres. With limited time, Eric effortlessly managed to make the process seamless. There were plenty of superb options to choose from, and Eric was open to any suggestions or requests. Furthermore, he was able to adjust his preparation to accommodate dietary restrictions. Though we forgot to snap a few pictures, everything was fresh, nutritious, and exactly what we needed after our arduous hike at Rocky Mountain National Park. Eric would make a great addition to any occasion. Thank you, Eric!

For our son's graduation in CO at our rental house, we enlisted the culinary expertise of Chef Eric.
