Earlier this year, Zeb provided a painting estimate for our house. Despite our inability to immediately commit, Zeb remained respectful and did not push us to finalize our decision. While his estimate was slightly more expensive than others, his meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive preparation process justified the additional expense. Upon project completion, Zeb conducted a final walk-through with us, demonstrating that his work met our previously agreed-upon specifications.
