Instead of completing the work themselves, they chose to hire a subcontractor. It appears that they have taken on more projects than they can handle. The subcontractor painted my railings, but made mistakes by using the wrong color on one railing and using latex paint on two others. When they came to fix their errors, they did not sand down the rough areas that were left behind. This is disappointing, as had they used oil-based paint the first time, it would have dried more slowly and leveled itself, resulting in a smoother finish. I am unhappy with the overall result. Additionally, I have been cleaning up paint drips for weeks now, due to their haste and carelessness. I will not be using their services again.
