Forge Projects

Our office building enlisted Forge Projects to complete the installation of a floor and wall. Unfortunately, during the installation of the subfloor, the jointing compound between each sheet of cement board was not feathered properly, leading to crack damage at every seam on the flooring. Despite being notified of the damage, Forge denied any liability and failed to respond to our attempts to address the issue. We contacted a certified flooring inspector, who confirmed that the fault in the flooring was due to improper installation. Even after this confirmation, Forge has continued to refuse responsibility and remains unresponsive to our calls, leaving us with an unresolved situation. Additionally, the vertical installation of the drywall has caused the tape lines between each sheet to be visible, undermining the aesthetic of the wall. Despite attempts to resolve this issue, mudding the seams has not concealed the issue.

Our door now has an awning whilst our shed has an overhang thanks to Ryan, the contractor who provided us with a comprehensive estimate detailing all costs. Ryan proved to be highly communicative, responding quickly to our emails and texts. The quality of his work was exceptional and he conducted himself in a courteous and professional manner. We have no hesitation in recommending him and would gladly enlist his services in the future.
