About
It took me several years to fully embrace Pilates. As a licensed massage therapist, it was crucial for me to maintain proper body mechanics, balance, and strength. Through Pilates, I have been able to work on chronic inflammation, musculoskeletal imbalances from previous injuries, and alleviate pain. I find joy in helping others overcome their physical limitations and witness the healing power of proper movement. Furthermore, Pilates offers a fun and satisfying way to look and feel amazing.Regarding COVID precautions, I have received both doses of the vaccine and an additional booster. I have personally experienced COVID and do not want any of my clients to suffer the same fate. Upon request, I am willing to wear a mask, but it is completely optional for you. I rent solely private spaces or outdoor ones, which are all upheld by strict sanitizing protocols and maximum distancing measures. Additionally, I offer outdoor sessions, including ones in your yard and virtual zoom sessions.

This expert in Pilates has a deep understanding not only of the body and its inner workings, but also of how to work with injuries and promote strength and healing. Her unique approach includes incorporating weights on the reformer and even using a hula hoop to engage the core muscles we've been working on. Beyond the physical, her understanding of the connection between the body's core, mind, and heart brings a spiritual element to each workout. It's clear that she puts her whole heart into her work, which touches the hearts of those she trains.
